POWER OUTAGE: Due to the storm today, HG&E crews are on scene responding to several power outages throughout the City. While most customers have been restored, HG&E is waiting for Verizon to reset several poles before we can restore service to the remaining customers without power. PAYMENT UPDATE: There will be an online and over-the-phone payment outage from Friday, September 5 at 4:30 pm through Monday, September 8 at 8:30 am. This payment downtime is related to HG&E's transition to a new account management tool, SmartHub. We look forward to sharing the new payment system with you on Monday!
